In System Settings > E-mails > General > Default email sender area you can find and change the following information:


Basic information: in this section it is possible to edit the default E-mail address used by the system to send candidates all communications concerning the recruiting process.


After entering the desired E-mail address, you can choose one of the following items:


  • Replace e-mail address in all templates : the email address will be replaced and used for all communications sent by Inrecruiting
  • Replace e-mail address in all templates not previously updated: the email address will be replaced and used only in the templates in which the "Sender" field has not been changed previously


Company signature: in this section it is possible to insert a company signature to be attached to all email templates sent by In-recruiting.


After having filled in the text of the signature it is possible to add it automatically to all messages, selecting Add e-mail signature to all templates > YES.

If is selected NO, it is possible to manually add the signature to the individual templates, using the Signature Dynamic Field, present in all message editors.
