By accessing the Settings section > Process Management > Vacancies > Hiring Pipelines > Notifications, you can customize the messages to be sent automatically to the candidate, after assigning them an Application Status.
Note: You can customize the automated message associated with an Application Status for each pipeline that you have.
After selecting the relevant Application Status, you can add the Sender, Subject, and Message Text fields .
Application statuses can be managed with the on/off button on the side of each status.
Using the appropriate option, it will also be possible to choose whether to make the text editable by all users before sending.
At this point, when you go to change the Application Status within a particular vacanc, you will automatically be asked if you want to send the pre-set notification to the candidate.
