The Hosco integration allows you to expand the reach of your job postings to a platform specialized in the hospitality industry, while keeping Inrecruiting as the central point for recruitment management.


To use this channel, you must have an active contract with Hosco.


Once the agreement has been finalized, activation in Inrecruiting is very straightforward: simply go to System Settings > Marketplace, in the section dedicated to paid job boards

No credentials need to be entered, as Hosco automatically identifies the company through its registered company name.


From an operational standpoint, the workflow is simple and consistent with other integrations. 

While creating a Vacancy, in the Job Boards with fee tab, you can select Hosco and fill in the additional fields required by the platform.

Once the required information has been completed, simply click "Publish" to send the job posting. 

The transmission takes place via XML feed, with no additional manual steps required.


Regarding applications, it is important to note that the candidate experience takes place entirely on Hosco. The application form used is therefore not the Inrecruiting application form. Candidate data is still imported into the ATS, but it is stored within a dedicated section of the candidate profile.


In this section, recruiters can view information such as first name, last name, email address, CV, date of birth, phone number, education details, and most recent work experience. However, these data are not indexed for internal search, meaning they cannot be used in filters or advanced searches within Inrecruiting.
