Within the External Systems menu, you can manage some of Welcomin’s most important integrations, particularly those related to digital signatures and third-party systems.

At the top of the page, you’ll find the section dedicated to digital signatures. Here, you can choose which system to use for digitally signing documents within workflows. This configuration is essential to ensure that all signatures are legally valid and fully integrated into business processes. The choice of system depends on the organization’s needs and the solutions already in use.

Scrolling down, you’ll access the section dedicated to third-party external systems, such as D4Sign.

In this section, you can activate and configure integrations with these tools by entering the necessary credentials to allow Welcomin to communicate directly with the external service.

Thanks to these integrations, it becomes possible to automate the sending of documents for signature, receive updates on the status of signatures, and manage the entire process directly from the platform, without needing to switch to external tools.
