Inside the External Systems menu (Settings > External Systems), you can manage some of Welcomin’s most important integrations, particularly those related to digital signature, digital preservation system, and third-party systems.

At the top of the page, you’ll find the section dedicated to digital signature. Here you can choose which system to use for digitally signing documents within workflows. This configuration is essential to ensure that all signatures are legally valid and fully integrated into business processes. The choice of system depends on the organization’s needs and the solutions already in place.

By accessing the Digital Preservation System settings, you can configure the digital preservation system that guarantees the legal validity and security of archived documents, in compliance with current regulations

.

Scrolling down, you’ll find the section dedicated to third-party external systems, such as D4Sign.

Or CoDi

In this section, you can enable and configure integrations with these tools by entering the necessary credentials to allow Welcomin to communicate directly with the external service.

Thanks to these integrations, it becomes possible to automate the sending of documents for signature, receive updates on the status of signatures, and manage the entire process directly from the platform without having to switch to external tools.
