Broadbean

Broadbean is a multiposting channel that allows you to publish job offers on job sites, free sites, social networks and schools.

NB: Broadbean is a paid software that requires a contract

NB2: To activate synchronization between Inrecruiting and Broadbean you need to request the activation to the Inrecruiting support team.

Inrecruiting/Broadbean integration configurations

To be able to integrate the two systems it is necessary to receive the following parameters from Broadbean:

• Client ID
• Client API Secret
• Endpoint API

which will be entered on Inrecruiting from Settings > External systems > Paid multiposting account configuration > Broadbean section.

Broadbean User Configuration

You can connect your Broadbean account to your company user profile on Inrecruiting from User Management > Company Users:

Edit the user you want to connect > Broadbean Account section > enter your Broadbean Username.

If your contract with Broadbean includes it, you can enable additional fields from the "Enable additional fields > Yes" field.
NB: If this option is disabled you may experience issues when serving in the Netherlands, France Benelux market and DACH regions

Post an ad on Broadbean

Once you've written and published your ad, you can multipost it from Broadbean.

Here is the process to follow:

• Access tab 5 "Paid Jobboard" when creating or editing a vacacny in Inrecruiting.
  NB: your advert must first be published to access tab 5 "Paid Jobboard"
• Broadbean section > select "Publish to Broadbean > Yes"
• Click on the "Save and go to Broadbean" button
  
  

Once these actions are completed, the Broadbean interface will open.

• “Select job portals”: this first tab concerns the multiposting of your vacacnies on job portals. You must select the portals where you want to publish your offer.

• “Vacancy details”: this second tab concerns information relating to your vacancy.
  
  Some information entered in Inrecruiting (description, profile, etc.) is included automatically, the rest will have to be completed or modified if necessary.

• “View and Distribute”: This third and final tab allows you to review the vacancy one last time before publishing it on the selected job portals.

The "Status on Job Boards" button will allow you to have real-time information on your vacancy and on the job portals where the offer is published:
- Vacancy status
- Publication date
- Expiration date
- Vacancy URL link
- Number of applications

Once your advert has been published on Broadbean, you will be able to perform actions on your advert from the Broadbean interface, remaining on Inrecruiting, by clicking on “Save and log in to Broadbean”:
