Brand Management

If your company manages multiple brands, Welcomin allows you to organize Workflows by associating them with each brand through our dedicated feature.

By navigating to Settings > Workflows > Brand, you can view the list of created Brands, edit them, archive them, and create new ones.

By clicking New Brand in the top right corner, youwill access the creation screen for a new entity.

You simply need to enter the Name, Description, and a logo, then click New Brand.

If no logo is provided for the Brand, the company logo will be used instead.

You can then define the background color and text color of the workflow start button.

Once created, the brand will appear in the list of Brands.

By clicking the pencil icon, you can edit the Brand.

For those not used in any Workflow, you can also archive them by clicking the archive icon. Archived Brands can be viewed by clicking the Archived button in the top right corner.

By clicking the Clone button, you can duplicate a brand. The duplicate will be easily recognizable thanks to the addition of the label [CLONE] at the beginning of the title, followed by the date and time the cloning was performed.
This system makes it easy to distinguish between multiple copies, even in the case of repeated cloning.

Note: Brands are not visible to users.

Once the Brands are created, you can associate them with workflows. Within the workflow, there is a Brands tab where you can select which brands to activate and indicate which one you want to set as the default.

This way, when sending the workflow, you can choose the brand from the active ones, and if a default brand has been set, it will be automatically pre-filled in the form.
