This functionality allows to create different brand identities that can be linked to the vacancies to personalize them on a graphic level. It is designed for multi-group companies or those that generally manage different corporate brands.

It is possible to create a new Brand from Settings > General Settings > General > Brands > Add button at the top right:

It will then be possible to edit the following fields:

  1. Title: name of the Brand

  2. Vacancy URL prefix: allows you to customize the URL of the vacancies linked to the Brand. Enter the string you want to use as a prefix, for example “brand-1”:
  3. LinkedIn Company Page URL: add the URL of the Linkedin Company page to use for the vacancies linked to this Brand when Linkedin is activated in the multposting (edit vacancy > tab 2 publication > Multiposting on job Board)

  4. LinkedIn Company Page Id: add the Id of the LinkedIn Company Page

  5. Logo: add the Logo you want to associate with the Brand

  6. Social sharing image: add the image that will appear in the social sharing of the adverts associated with the Brand

  7. Description: by editing this field it is possible to set a default text for the Description field of the vacancies linked to the Brand

  8. Brand signature: it's possible to customize the signature of the application confirmation notification to candidates by adding in this field the signature which will be used for the vacancies linked to this Brand.

It will then be possible to insert the [SIGNATURE_BRAND] tag in the message templates relating to announcements from Settings > Messages > Vacancies > “Registration confirmation message (On-screen notification)” and “Registration confirmation message (Email)”

This will allow to show the specific Brand signature instead of the default signature in the notification text.

Once the Brand has been configured it can be linked to a vacancy from Vacancies > edit vacancy > tab 1 Description > Brand field.

NB: the Brand will no longer be editable once the vacancy has been published
