Web Page integration option

With Inrecruiting you have the opportunity to integrate the list of Vacancies published by the ATS directly on your company website, in 3 ways:

  • Career page
  • Iframe
  • Json

Integration via Career Page

Create your “Work with Us” page in minutes with the Drag & Drop editor included with Inrecruiting. You will be able to tell the story of your company's values and career paths by defining its graphic appearance, logo and banner, inserting text to present your company, job vacancies and registration form, and direct links to your company's social channels.

The Career page will have a preset domain that you can link directly to your company website.

The page automatically integrates open positions and online application forms, so CVs are automatically entered into your database and are immediately available.

Vacancies integration via iframe

Access the System Settings area, through the logo located in the upper right corner of the Header bar, and then, from the section Web page integration options select the item  Integrate vacancies via iframe.

Select the Domains where you want to integrate the iframe, follow the instruction inside the pages that allow you to customize the look and then click "Generate Code" to generate the codes to embed within your website company.

Under Customise Vacancies Integration via Iframe you can choose what language it will be displayed in on your company site, define its size, and select from several different display types:

1) Vacancy List with Search

2) List Only (Standard)

3)List Only (customisable)

4) List Only  ( Boxes)

If you use a CSM, such as Joomla or Wordpress, do the following:

  • JOOMLA: Items > Click on the source code page of the page > Paste the Frame Code
  • WORDPRESS: Pages > Tools > Source Code > Paste the Frame Code

From the System Settings section > Web Page Integration Options > General >  Iframe Graphic Customisations > Call to actions colors it is possible to change all the colours of the main call to actions in the vacancy iframe.

NB: all other call to actions on vacancy pages (such as landing page) will not be included in these customizations

Finally, from the System Settings section > Web Page Integration Options  > General > Graphic Iframe Customizations > Custom CSS it will be possible to upload a custom CSS file that will be integrated into the Iframes.

This will allow you to change the graphical appearance of the Iframe itself, adapting it to the style of your website.

These changes will impact the vacancies list, spontaneous application form and vacancy registration form present in the JSON file.

To proceed with uploading a custom CSS you will need to select the domain of the website on which you want to apply the changes and click on the Upload button to upload the file.

From the Preview form button, it will be possible to view the impact of the changes made through the loaded CSS and possibly reload a new one in case you want to make additional changes.

Custom vacancies integration via JSON

We have made the JSON code accessible to all customers, which allows the customer to adapt the graphic style of the list of vacancies to that of the company's own website.

To access the code, click on System Settings > web page integration options > Vacancies > Integrate vacancies via json.

After setting the language and domain of the site on which to integrate, it will be possible to copy the JSON code provided by Inrecruiting.
