Using the Campaigns it is possibile to plan Email and SMS newsletters and periodical communications towards the candidates in your Inrecruiting database.


You can create a new Email or SMS campaign selecting Sendin > Campaigns and then New Email campaign or New SMS campaign:


To create a new campaign you will need to select:

  • Sender (Email campaigns only): the email adrress from which the communication will be sent (between those verified in Inrecruiting)
  • Title: name of the campaing to recognize it in your campaigns list
  • Description: optional description of the campagin, for internal history
  • Segment: the list of the receivers of the communication, between the existing segments
  • Template (email campaings only): the email template to be used
  • Immediate > Yes: the communication will be sent immediately after saving the campaign
  • Immediate > No: the communication will be sent at the set time and day
  • Frequency: if the communication is not immediate, you can select a single communication or a daily, weekly or monthly repetition
  • Pause: it allows to put the campaign on hold and stop the periodical communications until it is reactivated


Then click the Save button to start the campaign.

Once the campaign has been created, its status will be visibile in Campaigns list.

You will be able to Edit, Duplicate or Eliminate an existing campaign from the corresponding symbols:


Here you will also find the number of sent communications (Attempted deliveries) and the successful deliveries and email open rates.
