On the Interview Notes Field Structure page (Settings > Process Management > Interview Notes Form > Interview Notes Field Structure) you can edit the fields that will make up the candidate's interview note.
N.B.: Interview notes will NOT be accessible to candidates, but only internally within your company.
You can add new Categories by clicking on the Add Category icon, located on the right of the page, or new Fields within the Categories by clicking on the Add Field icon.
On the page where you can enter a new field, you can define the type of field you want (e.g. Text, E-mail, Geolocated Address, Single Selection, etc.), the name (to be inserted in the Label) and any additional description.
Through the icons next to each Field you can enable/disable the following functions:
Mandatory data (by clicking on the Mandatory button): the fields marked with this function must be filled in in a mandatory manner when filling out an Interview Note;
Visible (by clicking on the icon ): allows you to select or deselect the fields you want to make visible in the evaluation form;
Edit (by clicking on the icon ): you can edit the information related to the field, such as the name or description ;
Options can also be enabled for Categories.
