How to source vacancies views and registration

With Inrecruiting, you can track the source of candidates who view or apply to each vacancy.

For the job boards included in the Multiposting feature and for the integration of the vacancies on your company website, this tracking is automatic.

If you want to share a job posting on channels outside of Multiposting or if you want to perform a “referral” action, you simply need to add “?d=referral” at the end of the job URL.

Example: https://inrecruiting.intervieweb.it/Inrecruiting/jobs/backend_developer_88549/it/?d=matteo

In this way, all candidates who view this vacancy or submit an application will be tracked with the source "matteo".

Note: this procedure redirects candidates directly to the application form of the job posting (without showing the job description).

If you need to create a tracked vacancy while also displaying the job description, you can add “?jd=referral” at the end of the job URL.
