In order to implement increasingly higher security standards, the logic of assigning the access password to the candidates has been redefined: this will be done by sending the candidates an email notification containing the "Activation Link", from which they can set and define a personal password.
It will be possible to edit and personalize the notifications containing the "Activation Link" that will be sent to candidates by proceeding as follows:
System Settings > E-mails > Candidates:
- New Applicant Registration - Confirmation (with Activation link) - refers to the message that candidates will receive following an application for a vacancy or a spontaneous application
- New Applicant Added Manually - Confirmation (with Activation link) - refers to the message that candidates will receive following the manual registration of the profile by a company user
- Password recovery message (with Activation link) - refers to the message that candidates will receive in the case of a recovery of their credentials from the Inrecruiting access link
[IMPORTANT NOTICE]
When editing the message containing the Activation link, it is necessary NOT to edit the dynamic Tag [ACTIVATION_URL], so as not to compromise the correct reception of the link by the candidates.
