The AE Scores is an automatic system of evaluation of the applications received for each vacancy.

To set the AE Scores you need to select the Tab 5 Auto-evaluation of Candidates in the Vacancy edit, choose from the left column the interested requirements entered in the different categories and in the boxes (appeared on the right), set the desired value and the relative score for each requirement.

You can define multiple values for each parameter, with different scores. In this case, for each group defined in the candidate's profile, the final score will be calculated by adding the scores obtained for each individual profile field, then shown as a percentage of the maximum achievable score.

The calculation will then be: (Sum of the answers given / total of the possible answers) x 100

ES: in reference to the screenshot above, if a candidate in his profile declares to have all the qualifications, he will get the following score: 50 + 75 + 100 = 225.

If he also declares that he only knows the Chinese language, he will get the score of 100, which added to the previous score of 225 will make a total of 325.

To obtain the final result of the Compliance, this score will then be divided by the total of the scores set, that is: (325: 450) x 100 = 72%.

In any case, it will be possible to change the parameters at any time.
