In Welcomin, it is necessary to validate the email addresses set as email senders: unverified sender email addresses will not be accepted.
Note: this configuration applies only to customers who are NOT using their own SMTP.
How to verify a sender email?
Go to Settings > Messages > General > Authorized Senders: you will find a list of all the senders configured within Welcomin.
Note: you must enter EXISTING and REAL email addresses in order to correctly receive the verification link and continue sending communications properly.
At this point, you need to:
Click the "Add" button at the top right and enter the sender name and the email address to be verified.

Once the email is added, a verification email will be sent automatically with a link to verify the sender.
Until the link in the verification email is clicked, the sender will remain in PENDING status.
After clicking the verification link in the email, reload the Authorized Senders page and the sender’s status will change from PENDING to VERIFIED.

Repeat this process for all senders in the list.
Make sure that all email templates under Settings > Messages have a validated sender set: otherwise, emails will not be sent to candidates.
