In Inrecruiting it is necessary to validate the email addresses set as email senders: therefore sender email addresses will not be accepted if they are not verified.
Note: This configuration is only for customers who do NOT use their SMPT.
How to verify an email sender?
Go to Settings > E-mails > Authorized Senders: You will find a list with all the senders set up within Inrecruiting.
NB: You must set up EXISTING and REAL email addresses in order to receive the verification link correctly and to be able to continue sending communications correctly.
At this point, you'll need to:
1) Click on the "Add" at the top right and enter the sender's name and the email to be verified
2) Once the email is added, an email will be automatically sent containing the link to verify the sender. As long as you don't click on the link in the verification email, the sender you entered will remain in the PENDING state .
4) After clicking on the verification link in the email, reload the authorized senders page and the status of the sender entered will change from PENDING to VERIFIED.
5) Repeat this for all senders in the list.
6) Make sure that a validated sender is included in all email templates in Settings > Messages: otherwise, emails cannot be sent to candidates.
It is possible to replace the default sender of all communications sent through Inrecruiting by clicking on Settings > E-mails > Default Email Sender > Replace email address in all templates > Save.
