Within the Candidate Forms page (System Settings > Process Management > Application Forms > Candidate Forms) you have the option of creating one or more Semantic Forms, which use Inda's Artificial Intelligence, which can subsequently be associated with the vacancies.
In this way, the fields of the registration form will no longer have to be filled in manually, but will be automatically populated using the information in the CV uploaded by the candidate.
When creating the Semantic Form , you can set:
Title and description of the Form (which will be shown as an introduction to the Form)
Display and mandatory use of the CV, photo and Privacy fields that will be shown in the registration form
Text that will appear on the application confirmation button (e.g. Send your CV)
Confirmation message that will be displayed after submitting your CV
Choice of Font and Graphic Settings of the Form
NB: In order for the semantic functionality to be active, you will need to select YES in the drop-down menu relating to Semantic.
To choose the fields to be inserted in the Form , it is necessary to:
Click on the category of interest;
Activate the field;
Click on MANDATORY if you want to set the mandatory nature of the field (it will then be possible to define the mandatory nature of a field within each application form);
Sort the field to your liking using the icon .
Fields on which the semantic function is active will be highlighted by the icon .
It is also possible to sort the Categories by clicking on the Sort Categories button and dragging them vertically, by clicking on the icon.
The "Max Groups" item indicates the number of times the required field can be filled in by the candidate.
E.g.: Professional Experience > Max Groups 2 > The candidate will be able to enter 2 different professional experiences.
