Candidate scoring

Modified on Thu, 3 Apr at 11:47 AM

The semantic analysis of CVs allows for the assignment of a relevance/pertinence score (score) to the candidate indicating the percentage of responsiveness to the search. This system makes it possible to create a constantly updated ranking of applications.

Performing a search in the results will display a colored outline around the profile image:

  • Green ( 80% – 100%): indicates that it is a candidate that perfectly matches our search
  • Yellow (70% – 80%): indicates that the response to the search is average
  • Red (< 70%): indicates that the candidate minimally responds to our search

Hovering the mouse cursor over the score in the AI SCORE column will show the Evidence, i.e. the keywords for which the candidate was included in the results as being relevant to the keyword typed in the search.
