Thanks to INDA's Generative AI feature by indicating a job title, at the interview stage, you can take advantage of the suggestion of assessment questions to ask candidates to test their skills and make the selection process more effective.
By accessing the candidate profile > Interview Notes tab > Add Interview Note, after selecting the interview note form, you will be able to click on "Generate Questions with INDA AI"
At this point you will need to enter details about the position for which you are interviewing: you will need to indicate the position for which you are interviewing, what skills are being sought ( Technical, soft or mixed skills), the relevant vacancy, and the language
After indicating this information, by clicking on "Generate with Inda AI" the system will generate the questions and come up with 10:
At this point you can choose the questions that seem appropriate or confirm them all with the buttons at the bottom.
Alternatively you can regenerate them by clicking precisely on the Regenerate button at the bottom left.
After confirming the questions, you will find in the form of the interview note you are creating a new category named Inda AI > Questions and identifiable by the icon
inside which are all the texts you selected:
Questions created with this feature will not be saved in any interview note form but will be specific only to this interview note and this candidate
