Through the Company User Role Configuration it is possible to define the functionalities to which a specific corporate user has access.

To add a new role you must click on the Add button located at the top right of the Company User Role Configuration page (System Settings > General Settings > General > Company User Role Configuration) and set the rights associated with the role created in addition to the name.


When creating the Role, it is possible to copy the rights associated with an existing Role, by selecting it from the drop-down menu under Copy configurations from Role.


It is also possible to set a hierarchy between the Roles from the drop-down menu to the item Set Role's owner: in this way only the Role owner can make changes to the rights associated with the role itself.
