By managing company roles it is possible to define the functions to which a specific company user has access.

To add a new role you must click on the Add button located at the top right of the Role Management page (Settings > General settings > General > Company User Role Configuration) and set, in addition to the name, the rights associated with the role created.


When creating the Role, it is possible to copy the rights associated with an already existing Role by selecting it from the drop-down menu under Copy permissions from role.


It is also possible to set a hierarchization between the Roles from the drop-down menu under Set the role owner: in this way only the owner of the Role (and possibly the hierarchically higher roles) will be able to make changes to the rights associated with the role itself.
