In an effort to make the recruiting process more transparent for candidates and companies, and to select the most qualified ones without being influenced by other factors, Inda has developed an Anonymous Resume/CV system.

This feature makes it possible to anonymize a digital document (e.g., pdf, doc, docx), be it a CV or a cover letter.

Starting from the CV file uploaded by the candidate when registering for a vacancy, Inda makes it possible to generate in real time an anonymized copy of the same CV (thus maintaining the original layout/template) by obscuring some personal information:

• First name
• Last name
• Phone number
• Email
• Gender
• Nationality
• Date of birth
• Photo
• Link

To download the CV in an anonymous format (if such a feature is provided in your contract), you need to access the candidate's profile and click on Download anonymized CV.

As a tool suitable for blind recruitment, optimization work is already underway that, by intervening on the language, will soon allow even textual expressions within the CV that may reveal details about the candidate to be anonymized and hidden
