To avoid gender discrimination, as of 2 July 2023 all vacancies that have female-only or male-only job titles will no longer be allowed by Indeed, so they will be hidden on Indeed by the quality team until changes are made by the company.

 

If one of the job titles is present either only in the male or only in the female form, they must be modified by and no later than 2 July 2023.

 

The rule also applies to the plural and not only to the singular.


Any deactivation and/or non-publication of vacancies will therefore not depend on Inrecruiting but exclusively on Indeed.


NB.

The policy discalimer at the end of each vacancy will not be considered by Indeed's quality team.
You will need to change the job title as indicated above.

At the moment the policy applies only to the vacancies published on Indeed Italy.
